Financial stress increases people's risk of poor mental health. Almost one third of adults (31%) felt anxious in the last month due to their financial situation, according to our recent survey (November 2023).

  • Support with work or unemployment
  • Support with concerns about affording food

Cost of Living Payments - You may be able to get financial help if you claim certain benefits or tax credits. If you’re eligible, payments will be made automatically.
